Four year check-in. We bought the Softopper in December of 2022. Our Softopper has now been on the truck for coming up four years at the time of this posting. It has performed and held up exceptionally well! We live in Oregon's Willamette Valley which means rainy winters and hot summers. The truck is always outside. Stitching and seams on the canopy are still tight. Everything inside the truck bed stays dry. The Softopper material still looks good. I've washed it a few times but haven't applied any additional treatments. I would purchase another one in a hearbeat!! Fantastic product.

Had mine for just over a year now. Love it! Keeps everything dry and doesn't flap at all.

Softopper, and particularly Amy was very helpful in resolving my situation. I had an installation problem and actually broke some components in the process. Amy made sure I had everything I needed (and more) to correct the situation. I was very pleased with the outcome. Exceeded my somewhat skeptical expectations!

When a support bar broke on my Softopper, it was very easy to fill out the warranty request on their website. They replied almost immediately and will be shipping me a replacement. Excellent customer support from Amy!
