Softopper, and particularly Amy was very helpful in resolving my situation. I had an installation problem and actually broke some components in the process. When a support bar broke on my Softopper, it was very easy to fill out the warranty request on their website. They replied almost immediately and will be shipping me a replacement. Excellent customer support from Amy!

I called and Amy picked up. I was bummed out that my frame for the soft topper broke. I was willing and ready to send the soft topper as a whole back, but she was able to help me out with warranty parts. She was awesome.
