Purchased a softopper for my 21' ram 4x4, packaged arrived, the wrong folding frame for a different length bed was sent out, i called the tech support, tobey sent out the correct frame and i was able to complete the install, what a great looking top, and well built!.. so happy with my purchase and the great customer serv ice i received, cant wait for my first adventure, thank you all at softopper!

Amy was great—professional and friendly throughout the entire process. She researched the topper for my 2013 F-150 using a few dimensions and photos of my existing unit and accurately identified the correct model to replace the fabric.My original topper fabric lasted 13 years, and the tubular frame structure was still in excellent condition, so I only needed to replace the fabric. The new fabric fits perfectly, and the truck looks great.Thank you, Amy!

I was under the impression that there was supposed to be 6 clamps for a 6'4" bed. I guess I was wrong. After looking in the box there was 4. Everything I read said you should use 3 on each side being 6. Product looks very good and your response was appreciated.Amy was very timely in getting back to me. I will just order 2 more as advised to make it more safe and solid. Thanks for your help.
