"The Exo Truck Rack has done what I need it to do: give a stable base for my rooftop tent. The rack is intensive to assemble, but is solid once done properly. I’ve had no structural issues, although some of the coating has begun to wear. Nothing a little flat black spray paint won’t fix."

"Just finished installing mine and it looks great. Installation was very easy with great instructions but it does take some time so be prepared. My boxes arrived a little beat up from shipping so I was a little worried but everything was packed well with lots of packing materials so not not even a smudge. I also can't wait to get a couple of more accessory panels when they come available to really load it up."

Exo bed rack on my 3rd gen.

"I was looking for a bed rack that fits my topper and there’s not plenty on the market. Then, I saw the Exo bed rack from softopper. After few weeks of waiting I finally got it and couldn’t be happier about it. The rack is solid and it’s very good quality. It is very stylish too. The installation was pretty easy and well explained. I struggled a bit putting back my topper on my truck after because the rack is very tight on the topper but managed to make it fit anyway. I now have the best combo with the Tacoma softopper bed cab and the Exo bed rack. The only thing I would recommend is adding a way to buy 2 more accessories panels on the website since there’s only two that come with the rack and nowhere else to buy more. Also be patient with the delivery, it took a month and a half to received. Overall, I’m very happy with the rack and the service and I would recommend it to anyone who are looking for a bed rack that fits softopper."

When you buy a softopper, does it come with a cover ?

Can you easily put up and down a soft topper with the EXO TRUCK BED RACK?
Hey Tammy! You can definitely still retract the Softopper with the rack installed, however, you will need to go through an extra step. You will need to drop the Softopper off the pivot pins, into the bed of your truck in order to give the top enough space to retract. After you fold it, you can resecure the frame to the pivot pins. If you have additional questions about this, please let us know!

The Softopper installs in minutes with custom clamps without any permanent modifications required. No drilling needed. Non-adhesive weather stripping provides waterproofing for your entire truck bed. It takes one person mere seconds to remove your Softopper entirely and folds flat for quick, easy storage in any space.

Made in North America from the highest quality materials. A rust-free, anodized aluminum frame supports a 2-Ply, laminated PVC-coated canopy. The canopy is waterproof, UV, rot and mildew resistant, and is incredibly easy to clean. This 4-season sailcloth shrugs off beating sun, pouring rain, heavy snow and hurricane-force winds.
