DESCRIPTION
The Softopper SUV soft top is a retractable, all-weather top built for the 1980–1996 full-size Ford Bronco (SKU family SO-BRNC3), starting at $1,299.99. Installation typically takes about an hour and secures the side rails using the pre-drilled mounting holes in the factory hard top. No clamps are required. Retract it rearward for full open-bed access, roll the side and rear panels up into Safari Mode for dog-friendly airflow, or remove it completely in minutes. Your complete kit includes a removable rear window, all mounting hardware, bedrails with non-adhesive weather stripping, and a protective boot cover for driving retracted. The canopy is a 2-ply laminated PVC-coated sailcloth, a waterproof vinyl that resists UV, rot, and mildew and wipes clean easily. It rides on a lightweight, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum frame for four-season use, and genuine Softopper replacement parts keep the rear window and frame components serviceable for years. Because it is a sewn top, seams can leak in trouble spots, so we offer seam sealer to touch them up. At highway speed there is no wind noise and no significant change in gas mileage. Uses heavy duty #10 YKK zippers. The non-adhesive weather stripping protects your entire truck bed. And all parts are user replaceable.
