"Hey there so I’ve had my soft topper for a short time I like the versatility I pull a fifth wheel trailer this a lows me to fold it up with ease to allow me to pull my trailer Then when I reach my destination I can unhook the trailer and fold the top back out !! It came in 2 boxes was fairly easy to assemble some of the frame connection were they snap together were slightly off I had to make adjustments Once I got the canvas put into place I had to let it sit in the sun for couple of hours then I was able to pull the canvas and get the snaps in place It’s not as easy as the video shows This unit is going to fit my needs very well"

"Overall, extremely happy with my soft topper. The one and only thing that I wish was a little easier would be some sort of a quick release for the back window flap to come up. I do not need the whole thing collapsed very often, but it would be handy to have a quicker release for the back window to be accessible. Overall, very good product!"

"Took a little bit to get due to shipper having problems. After i acquired my tan softopper it was used on a 10hour round trip. Softopper is holding up well functions great and looks nice on my truck in my opinion. I would certainly buy another one. Great customer service aswell from this company."

Is this top not compatible with the ram box because it won't allow the ram box to open? Or Is it that it's not compatible with ram boxes because it can't clamp to the frame correctly? If it's the latter then I'm okay with not having my ram boxes accessible to have this top.

What is the clearance from the truck bed of a 2020 RAM 1500 to the Softopper?
The clearance will be the sale height as the cab of the truck! It looks like for this model, it is 22 inches. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
Does this fit with Rambox?

are there window/vents in the sides
Our truck models do not have windows or vents on the sides however, they are attached with snaps and have sewn in buckles and straps. This allows you to easily roll up the sides if needed.

The Softopper installs in minutes with custom clamps without any permanent modifications required. No drilling needed. Non-adhesive weather stripping provides waterproofing for your entire truck bed. It takes one person mere seconds to remove your Softopper entirely and folds flat for quick, easy storage in any space.  

Modular and Versatile
Customize your Softopper for how you work and play. In addition to the fully open and fully closed configurations, the canopy’s side panels and rear window roll up for easy access. No more crawling through the bed to get to gear up front. It’s also dog friendly. Open up the sides and give your pal plenty of air with protection from the sun and rain. Replaceable clear vinyl windows provide complete visibility through your truck bed.

Quality/Durability
Made in North America from the highest quality materials. A rust-free, anodized aluminum frame supports a 2-Ply, laminated PVC-coated canopy. The canopy is waterproof, UV, rot and mildew resistant, and is incredibly easy to clean. This 4-season sailcloth shrugs off beating sun, pouring rain, heavy snow and hurricane-force winds. Uses heavy duty #10 YKK zippers. The non-adhesive weather stripping protects your entire truck bed. And all parts are user replaceable.
